TRANSACTIONS, SECURITY, REFUNDS

· All transactions will be calculated in Australian dollars only.

· Total merchandise transaction charges include applicable taxes and applicable shipping ($7.00-$40.00 per order based upon weight and destination).  Additional charges may apply for special and/or international orders.

· The shopping cart on the Endowment Australasia website incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 128 bit data encryption.  However, the Internet is not always a secure methdod of transmitting information.  Accordingly, Endowment Australasia Inc. cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information.

·  No refunds can be issued for donation/sponsorships.  If the funds are unable to be used for the specified intent, they will be applied to other programs as needed.  

·  Merchandise purchases: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchases you make from this site simply return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.

·  We will refund to your credit card, or we can post a cheque or international money order.  To make a return, please contact our office using the contact information below.
